Chick Fraser Holds Cardinals In Check In Road Win

Cubs 8, Cardinals 2  (20-11)

The Cubs kicked off their road trip to St. Louis against the Cardinals with a win.  Seven different Cubs scored runs and Johnny Kling had a team high three hits in the contest.  Frank Schulte doubled, and he was the lone Cub to score a pair of runs.

Chick Fraser picked up the win with a nice start.  He gave up two runs on seven hits and three walks with five strikeouts.
