The Curse of Wrigley Field

Reds 5, Cubs 3  (37-22)

The team was the same but the change of scenery didn’t do the Cubs any good as they lost to the Reds in Cincinnati.  Orval Overall had a tough time and he gave up five runs on eight hits and five walks with six strikeouts.

Joe Tinker doubled and scored a run.  Jimmy Slagle also had an extra base hit with a triple and he also scored.
